The Oregon Coast

We love the coast--cold and all! Scott had some work to do out there last week and the children had Thurs. and Fri. off from school, so we all piled in the car and stayed one night in Seaside and another night in Lincoln City. We swam 4 times in 2 days--which says a lot for me. 1) I'm becoming more comfortable in a maternity swimming suit with a white glowing round body and 2)ditto # 1 again! We did have a fun time even though Scott got really sick--it didn't stop him from working and me to drive for him. It was OK--because we found a yummy candy store and loaded up on all kinds of salt water taffy's and found a little indoor mall with a carousel inside that Madison and Tate had to ride (Eden was asleep with Scott also napping in the car). The video clip is just that. My camera died afterwards and I didn't get pictures of us picking up seashells and crab parts (which they had to bring home). No sense fighting--it's only 2 days later that the smell is so horrible the kids willingly throw those crab parts away.
